* Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I (e.g., A+, Network+, SSCP, CCNA-Security certifications).
* Experience supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 2013.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
* Must be able to pass a background check. Additional background checks may be required for specific projects or clients.
