Tower Foreman

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Tower Foreman to join our team at CellSite Solutions LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel performing work on telecom towers, conducting site audits, and helping crews upgrade existing hardware.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect and ensure that work performed by tower crews conforms to company and legal health and safety requirements.
• Lead a three-person crew with efficiency and ensure that team members perform work at heights safely and effectively.
• Report possible health and safety hazards and complete projects in accordance with specific processes and specifications.
• Track and report the progression of work on each project and assemble, erect, and maintain communication towers and antennas.
• Climb towers to install and replace antennas, cabling, and other components, and perform inspections and tests to ensure quality standards are met.
• Diagnose and repair faults onsite and ensure all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements:

• NWSA TTT1 Certification is required.
• Must be able to lead a three-person crew with efficiency.
• Must be able to read and understand CDs (Construction Drawings) and RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheet).
• OSHA 30 is required.
• Must be able to climb tall structures 50-300'+ and work at heights with 50 lbs. of gear.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Good balance and coordination.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and arrive on time consistently.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and use of hand tools are required.

Travel Requirements:

• 6-8 consecutive weeks of travel at a time, required.
• Out-of-state and overnight travel is required.
• Overtime, per diem, and paid drive time when traveling.

Salary Description: $30 - $40 / hour
