Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams in monitoring crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantity, and equipment.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to project leadership.
  • Conduct job site observations with project leaders to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Support the close-out process, including punchlists, operations and maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings.
  • Collaborate with vendors and trade partners to coordinate pricing and bid solicitations.
  • Participate in project-specific safety plans and promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Develop relationships with project team members, trade partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program or higher, with coursework related to the internship opportunity.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
