Position Overview:

This role involves supporting the Marketing & Communications Coordinator in the development and execution of marketing materials and promotional strategies. The student will engage in various tasks including social media management, event organization, and collaboration with internal and external creative service providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, creating, and executing social media campaigns while monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Engage with followers and other relevant accounts to enhance online presence.
  • Draft and refine communication strategies and plans.
  • Create print materials and graphics utilizing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Coordinate events and provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:

Candidates must be enrolled as students with a minimum GPA of 2.5. A commitment to maintaining a GPA of at least 2.0 is required, along with satisfactory academic progress. First-year students may be considered if they possess exceptional experience or education.

Additional Requirements:

Students must have a valid State ID or Driver's License and a Social Security card. A strong work ethic, pleasant demeanor, and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision are essential. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency, particularly with social media platforms, are critical for success in this position.

Supervision:

This position operates under the guidance of the Marketing & Communications Coordinator and does not entail supervisory duties.
