- Collect and Communicate Information: Gather information, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, and utilize technology to support patient care.
- Participate in Healthcare Services: Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare services, including patient advocacy, teaching, and performance improvement.
- Oversee Unlicensed Personnel: Supervise and oversee the work of unlicensed personnel, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: None required.
- Licensure/Certification: Current certification as a Paramedic in the State of Georgia required, National Registry preferred.
- Additional Qualifications: BLS certification, ACLS certification, or ability to become certified immediately.
