Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral support plans and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or human services.
- 3+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Certification in positive behavioral support and functional behavioral assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
