We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide Respite Services for a male individual in Charlotte, NC.

We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.

The RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work closely with our client to support their daily needs, including assistance with home living environments, medication administration, and community integration. You will also be responsible for transporting and accompanying our client to and from day programs, work sites, and community activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Administer medications and monitor dosages.
  3. Transport and accompany our client to and from day programs, work sites, and community activities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and maintain safe driving record.
  • One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.
