  • Oversee design, development, testing, and manufacturing of composite materials and structures used in aerospace applications.
  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and professionals involved in composite materials and processes.
  • Ensure products meet performance, durability, and weight requirements of aerospace applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or chemical engineering, or other technical field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in composites manufacturing.
  • Mastery of modern manufacturing methods and knowledge of composite materials preferred.
  • Leadership skills, including team building, providing direction, managing conflict, and motivating teams to resolve technical issues.
