Unlocking The Spectrum Texas: A Leader in Autism Services

We are a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to providing exceptional clinical services to individuals with autism and their families. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in leading our team of professionals in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, coordinate, and oversee assessment and intervention services and programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Train and supervise regional clinical staff in areas such as professionalism, programming, data collection, and behavior intervention planning.
  • Manage case load, supervision, behavior plans, staff, and facility operations.
  • Provide strong positive work culture and environment for employees, clients, and parents.
  • Oversee proper billing procedures and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
  • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of ABA experience, including implementation of behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programming for children and/or adolescents with autism
  • Positive team player and energetic professional with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively under varying conditions and exercise discretion in private and sensitive matters
