About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Din Tai Fung. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and confirm food and drink orders from guests
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
  • Run beverages and ginger settings to tables in a timely manner
  • Pre-buss tables and anticipate guests' needs
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including inventory and equipment
  • Pack leftovers and prepare takeout orders for dine-in guests
  • Collect and process payments accurately and securely
  • Assist adjacent servers and conduct bar deep cleaning
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
