Speech Language Pathologist

Soliant is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Lamont school district.
About the RoleThis is a full-time contract position, requiring a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing individualized education plans and direct therapy services to students with communication needs.
Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active California SLP licensure
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred
- Previous school-based experience is highly preferred, but not required
