Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop, execute, and oversee marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain brand integrity and ensure adherence to standards across all marketing and communication platforms.
- Analyze competitor activities, assess their strategies, and formulate effective counter-strategies.
- Work in tandem with the sales team to synchronize marketing and sales initiatives.
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth and improve profit margins.
- Forecast revenue and expenditures accurately.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to the leadership team during meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Extensive experience in event and on-site marketing, with a minimum of 10 years.
- At least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to implement best practices in a rapidly growing organization.
- Strong emphasis on teamwork and building a high-performing team.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
- Accountable and self-motivated with a focus on achieving objectives.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for efficient task completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate arguments and solve complex issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills:
- Degree in Business Management or Finance.
- Knowledge of the educational sector.
- Experience in marketing leadership within dynamic environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
