- Prepare equipment and worksite each day, ensuring timely arrival in uniform and ready to work.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on waterblast units.
- Adhere to safety standards set by the company.
- Engage in physical labor and participate in manual activities daily.
- Be prepared to work night shifts lasting 8-12 hours.
- Communicate effectively with Crew Lead or Field Supervisor regarding safety, quality, and operational integrity.
- Travel up to 50% as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators and bulldozers is preferred.
- Ability to operate industrial hydro-blasting and vacuum equipment.
- Basic mechanical skills are preferred.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to perform manual labor outdoors.
- Flexibility to work extended shifts, including emergency response situations.
- Commitment to following training and standard operating procedures.
