- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or compact state.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
