Asphalt Plant Operator and Maintenance Technician

Conducting visual inspections of equipment at regular intervals to identify any malfunctions or maintenance needs Reporting findings to relevant personnel or performing necessary repairs, such as tightening fittings, lubricating machinery, and replacing components Operating and overseeing the aggregates plant facility Carrying out routine maintenance on equipment and the plant Participating in plant enhancement initiatives Performing daily inspections and maintenance on various plant equipment Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations during all operations Operating tools and machinery with a high level of skill and proficiency Completing daily pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation Undertaking additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A strong commitment to safe work practices Previous experience in maintenance roles Preferred experience in welding and cutting Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair plant equipment Familiarity with asphalt plant utilities and machinery, including crushers and conveyors Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions A collaborative team-oriented mindset Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
