We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and/or children and adolescents in a group practice setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 100% outpatient clinical care to patients in a group practice setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients with a range of mental health conditions.
- Provide psychotherapy and other evidence-based interventions to patients.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Texas.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
