Job Overview

ColumbiaCare Services is a leading non-profit organization providing behavioral health and Veteran's services. We are seeking a skilled Residential Therapist to join our team in Portland, Oregon.

This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services, supervision, and training to ensure the best possible care for our clients.

About the Position

We have two openings for Residential Therapists at our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs. These 9-bed facilities offer residential treatment services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team provides comprehensive care, including psychiatric treatment, individual and group therapy, medication management, skills training, peer support, and supported employment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, assessment updates, and treatment plans
  • Offer clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and be accessible by phone for emergency purposes
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
  • At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
