Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the implementation and oversight of the BDS program">
  • Recruit, train, and retain qualified personnel to deliver high-quality care">
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders">
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (CQL, Medicaid, IAC 460, BQIS)">
  • Support marketing efforts to promote the BDS program to potential clients">
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of new program strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered)">
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, ideally within a BDS program or similar setting">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills">
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, including Medicaid, CQL, and BDS standards">
  • Experience managing staff and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment">
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)">
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license">
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in care management software">

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
