Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, accompanied by 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, or a similar field, with 8+ years of engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing teams.
- Familiarity with compliance standards, regulatory assessments, and full-stack development.
