Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curricula that align with educational best practices and adhere to state and district guidelines.

- Prepare instructional materials, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Address academic challenges and behavioral issues with students promptly and effectively.

- Complete Individual Student Educational Plans as required.
- Communicate progress and concerns professionally with parents and relevant staff members.

- Associate's degree in Education or a related field is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience teaching school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong understanding of educational practices and methodologies.
- Passion for teaching elementary-aged children and ability to adapt to their developmental needs.
- Capability to design engaging lessons that effectively convey the curriculum through various methods.
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and tact.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
