Laboratory Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at IDEXX Laboratories in Worthington, OH. As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Medical Laboratory Technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic reference lab.

This is a full-time night shift position, Monday to Friday, 11:59 PM to 8:29 AM. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5+ employees, organizing staff schedules, coordinating workflow, and overseeing costs and metrics. You will also be responsible for problem-solving, troubleshooting diagnostic analyzers, and resolving situational workflow and turnaround time challenges.

• Supervise a team of Medical Laboratory Technicians

• Directly supervised 5+ employees in a fast-paced and/or high-volume work environment
• Knowledge of human clinical or veterinary testing and procedures
