Annual salary ranging from $106,000 to $134,000, commensurate with experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Assist in the assessment and management of patient care.
- Accurately document care delivery in medical records.
- Conduct thorough patient interviews and record comprehensive histories, including psychosocial aspects, health status, and medical concerns.
Under physician supervision, you will:
- Perform physical examinations and specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as cast application, wound suturing, and dressing changes.
- Collaborate with physicians to diagnose medical conditions, formulate care plans, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
- Order, schedule, and/or conduct laboratory tests and diagnostic evaluations, including urinalyses, pregnancy tests, blood tests, and imaging studies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in Georgia by the Georgia Board of Nursing, with certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent, or certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Licensure must be appropriate for the state of Georgia.
Preferred qualifications include:
- At least one year of direct experience in high-acuity clinical specialties.
- BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications are mandatory; ACLS may be required in specific areas.
- Nurse Practitioner candidates must hold Acute Care certification (ACNP or AGACNP) for inpatient roles.
