We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at BLT Prime - Miami, a part of the BLT Restaurant Group. As a Pastry Cook, you will play a crucial role in the success of our kitchen, working closely with our Chef to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Station Maintenance: Keep your station clean and organized, adhering to health codes and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Stock inventory and maintain a well-stocked station to ensure seamless service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
