We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at BLT Prime - Miami, part of the BLT Restaurant Group. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our guests, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working collaboratively with our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Clean up station and take care of extra food
  • Stock inventory and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
