Role Summary:
The Vehicle Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, including electrical, climate control, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), brakes, and more. This role requires thorough research of vehicle history and adherence to established repair protocols.
Work Schedule:
Availability to work ONE of the following shifts is required:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm
Compensation:
The starting pay for candidates with a minimum of four current ASE certifications (A1-A8) or equivalent OEM training is $28.00 per hour, with the potential for an additional $1.00 per hour for any remaining certifications, up to a maximum starting rate of $35.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicle systems.
- Ensure all maintenance and repairs comply with manufacturer specifications.
- Deliver safe and reliable vehicles post-repair.
- Perform vehicle servicing to uphold company standards.
- Adhere to all established processes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Execute related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 4+ current and valid ASE certifications required (A1, A2, A4-A9, L1, L3, L4) or equivalent OEM training.
- Ownership of standard hand tools necessary for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the last 3 years.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a drug test prior to employment offer.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
