Telehealth Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care by monitoring and interpreting telemetry data, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Provide basic bedside care to patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpreting and recording electronic displays to inform patient care decisions.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team, taking corrective action as needed to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Current RN licensure and ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• 2+ years of experience in telemetry nursing, with a strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with good vision and hearing.
