Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our digital banking products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for digital banking in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital banking solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Advocate for the customer by ensuring that product features and enhancements are designed to improve the customer experience.
  • Ensure that all new digital banking products comply with regulatory requirements and security standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Monitor product performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
