Working closely with the Program Manager, the individual will help maintain management control systems, develop financial strategies, and identify potential risks to ensure project delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, clients, and suppliers on a regular basis.
- Assist in generating precise quotations and guarantee timely submissions.
- Effectively manage contract orders and associated deliverables.
- Participate in discussions to resolve project-related challenges.
- Provide updates on project status and address client inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferred bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Background in government contracting and project management.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
- Knowledge of NAVSEA, ABS, and USCG regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
