Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Insurance Producer with a focus on commercial lines. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and technology, as well as a growth mindset, positive attitude, and client-centric work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a network of business clients by prospecting, building relationships with existing clients, and maintaining a customer base year-over-year.
  • Assess client insurance needs and develop tailored insurance and risk management solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
  • Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as set forth by team lead.
Requirements
  • Maintain General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Insurance sales industry experience, preferably in commercial lines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Compensation

Base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications). Competitive commission structure. Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, Bonus based on performance, and other benefits included.
