Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills in mine planning, operations optimization, quality control, sales, maintenance, and safety.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to special projects that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Graduating seniors with a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Management.
  • Current internal employees with basic industry knowledge and a desire to advance their career.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
