Universal Banker Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker Trainee to join our team at Midland States Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our banking products and services, including deposit and lending options, to effectively recommend and promote them to customers.
