KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct initial assessments: Engage with families and individuals to outline the services offered by the organization.
  • Provide continuous guidance and training to unlicensed direct care personnel.
  • Assign qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in regular meetings for all clients on the caseload, whether quarterly, annually, or as needed.
  • Review and update staff documentation on a monthly and quarterly basis for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain clinically appropriate objectives for clients.
  • Collaborate with families and internal support teams to facilitate smooth transitions for individuals entering the program.
  • Build and nurture positive, trusting relationships with colleagues, families, and clients through effective communication.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and serve as a role model for professional ethics and standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human services, particularly in conducting assessments and providing in-home support.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within designated service areas.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
