Responsibilities
  • Embody our culture and values by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing product information and features.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer's purchase journey.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience within a retail environment, with prior retail management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
  • Excellent social interaction skills to engage with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
