As a Floor Manager at AllSaints, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive store culture.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage and optimize store operations, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include overseeing and providing leadership and support to stylist team members with first-line customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders via our online customer service system. You will also work closely with our specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support, develop and implement floor plans and rotas independently, set the store up for success for the day, and proactively manage people matters such as return to work interviews, liaising with people and culture on specific issues which may require you to undertake investigations, performance/attendance management and reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and optimize store operations to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by ensuring effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in a similar retail environment, and a passion for fashion. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to multitask with ease. Additionally, you should be honest, trustworthy, and dependable, living by our brand values.
