Position Summary:

The Bartender will engage directly with members across all dining venues, providing exemplary beverage service. Additional duties involve preparing bar areas for service, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring cleanliness throughout all workspaces. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional beverage service at Fitler Club, demonstrating advanced bartending skills and consistently adhering to established service protocols.
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks, including beverage inventory reconciliation.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to align on service standards and expectations.
  • Provide outstanding service to guests at catered events, showcasing full menu knowledge and preparation techniques.
  • Exhibit expertise in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, ensuring consistency in recipe execution.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of food offerings, including daily specials and unavailable items.
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are well-maintained, following company policies and local health regulations.
  • Be prepared to work across various restaurant outlets and assist with special events as needed.
  • Stay informed about all club activities and events, as well as happenings in the local area.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding all member and club information.
  • Adhere to grooming and uniform standards established for this position.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and team members to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of bartending experience, preferably in a banquet, hotel, or club setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, with an interest in emerging beverage trends.
  • Most tasks will be performed indoors, with some outdoor work required.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to complete tasks, as well as lift and carry heavy trays and delicate glassware.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Dependability and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
