Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a dependable and organized Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team in Louisville. As a vital member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of various facilities.

About the Job

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. You will work independently to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition.
  • Waste Management: Handle waste disposal and recycling activities in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Report Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Livability: Live within 15-20 minutes from jobsite.
  • Reliability: Have reliable transportation.
  • Criminal Background Check: Have a clean background check.
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
