Position Overview

Shaw Secure Solutions LLC is seeking dedicated candidates for the role of Mobile Security Supervisor.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory security role is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Mobile Security Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
  • Monitoring service quality and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations by conducting regular inspections of security staff and facilities during assigned shifts.
  • Distributing uniforms and equipment across various sites.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the company outside of regular business hours, which includes managing all communications from staff during shift transitions.
  • Carrying out additional operational tasks as required, such as maintaining incident logs and assisting in the development of security assessments and post orders.
  • Conducting mandatory patrol inspections.
  • Addressing client inquiries and requests promptly.
COMPENSATION:

Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00, depending on experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must be prepared to undergo a drug screening, possess a clean background record, and hold a valid driver's license.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are crucial for this role.
