We are seeking a Competitive Producer who can identify opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong customer relationships and follow up as needed.
  • Use your expertise in State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Implement a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary plus commission/bonus
