Home Health Physical Therapist Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve and enhance patient well-being.
- Evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- A current driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable transportation.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes holiday pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, continuing education opportunities, and employee assistance programs.
