We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team at Sioux Falls Electric. As a Journeyman Electrician with us, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise while working on a variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes
  • Perform wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting of electrical issues
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring systems
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all projects
  • Teach, train, and guide electrical apprentices
  • Effectively communicate, troubleshoot, and problem solve

Requirements:

  • Valid South Dakota Journeyman Electrician license
  • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
