COGI, LLC is a reputable small business specializing in the construction of concrete foundations for water towers and various water storage solutions.

Our projects generally encompass excavation, concrete placement, piping installation, and backfilling of these essential structures.


As a traveling construction firm, we operate primarily throughout the midwestern United States, with team members typically returning home on weekends, although there may be occasional exceptions.

We are currently in search of a lead foreman to oversee a crew, as well as general laborers to support our operations. COGI, LLC provides competitive compensation and benefits for qualified candidates.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Starting wage ranges from $26 to $40 per hour, with higher rates available for experienced professionals.
- Paid drive time from the home base to job sites each week at established driving rates.
- Daily per diem provided while traveling.
- Company-paid lodging during travel assignments.
- 401k retirement plan eligibility after six months of employment.
- Overtime compensation applicable after 40 hours of work.
- Drive hours contribute towards a blended overtime rate.
- Year-end bonus opportunities.
