  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks to guests, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order and meet health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, including premium cocktails, wines, and spirits, to provide informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Efficiently handle beverage transactions, including ringing up orders, processing payments, and adhering to cash handling protocols.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, sharing expertise on bar operations, guest service principles, and bartending techniques.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory levels, proactively replenishing stock as needed to meet demand.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary to management or security.

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Knowledge of premium cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in outside weather conditions.
  • Current union Pour card for the state of Nevada.
