Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at AmTrust Financial Services. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Test Automation: Design and implement automated tests to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
  • Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to ensure that software meets business requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with test automation and industry-standard test automation tools
