We are seeking a skilled Industrial Truck Operator to join our team at The Lester Group. As an Industrial Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating industrial trucks, forklifts, and other equipment to move materials and products within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial trucks, forklifts, and other equipment to move materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and other containers.
  • Inventory materials on the work area and record quantities and grades.
  • Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any issues.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Working Conditions

The Industrial Truck Operator will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is required.
