Job Overview

We are looking for an Automation Systems Engineer to become a vital part of our team at Acro Service Corporation. In this role, you will be engaged in enhancing our operations within a state-of-the-art facility.

Work Schedule:

3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, with weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Automation Systems Engineer, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing production support to meet job performance targets.
  • Overseeing the manufacturing of components, including casting and CNC operations.
  • Diagnosing and addressing mechanical issues to minimize downtime and enhance machine reliability.
  • Collaborating with a skilled team of tradespeople to ensure smooth operations.
  • Possibility of contract extension based on performance.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience with Siemens systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
  • General knowledge of CNC operations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with robotics, particularly Fanuc systems.
