  • Emergency Response: Act as the point of contact during emergencies, ensuring that the appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks and maintain safety.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report any security incidents, breaches, or accidents, and provide accurate and timely incident reports.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to security personnel, ensuring they are knowledgeable about security procedures and company policies.
  • Access Control: Manage access control points and monitor CCTV systems to ensure that only authorized individuals enter secure areas.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety regulations are followed and respond to any safety concerns or violations promptly.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and address any concerns or requests.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain security equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in security services or equivalent, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and safety regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to make sound decisions under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
  • Availability: Must be available to work the 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift objects as necessary.
