Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Triumph Protection Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. Your primary duties will include patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance cameras, and reporting any suspicious activities to local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and prevent potential security threats.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and inspect property to ensure security and integrity.
  • Respond to emergencies and contact law enforcement or fire department as necessary.
  • Secure the property after business hours by checking doors, windows, and gates.
  • Investigate reports of suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
  • Detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
  • Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Security guard training certification required (for specific state).
  • Previous experience a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly.
  • Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
