Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of operations accounting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and direct the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Management: Manage and control payroll functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory controls and accuracy, including inventory counting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets, and provide financial guidance to support business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 18 credit hours in accounting preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of combined operational accounting experience, with knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP system, Excel, and Microsoft.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
