Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail personnel and store leadership to ensure effective merchandising and sales tactics
  • Administer approved training and sales programs to ensure consistent execution and results
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements
  • 6+ months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform independently and multi-task in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
