  8. Utilizes brewing equipment to prepare coffee for customers.
  9. Delivers outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
  10. Responds to inquiries regarding menu selections and general information about the cafe.
  11. Follows established safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in hospitality, serving, or hosting, ideally in a gaming setting. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of relevant experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

REASONING ABILITY:
No decision-making responsibilities beyond essential job functions.

CERTIFICATIONS:
Completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous materials training is required.

OTHER SKILLS:
No additional skills are necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This role involves physical activity, including frequent walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to lift trays and items weighing up to 30 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work may occur in confined spaces with potentially slippery floors. The environment is typically busy and can vary in temperature due to kitchen operations.

EQUIPMENT USED:
Standard commercial kitchen equipment, including slicers, mixers, ovens, and various utensils.

COMPENSATION:
Starting at $11.40 per hour, based on experience, plus tips.
